Wow! It's a new entry!
Yeah I'm finally updating today, cause I have the time. No tests till next WED, WOOTS!
My Midyrs were really sucky, but I'm slowly but surely brushing up. Think I will do well enough to promote.:) No wait...I WLL DO WELL ENOUGH TO PROMOTE! :D
I'm not even gonna bother trying to remember what I did during the 2 to 3 months i didn't update, but some highlights were council bbq at Germaine's House where more playing than eating was done. Tennis, Badminton and Bball. I actually accidentaly did a reverse lay up while bballing...ROFL.
But time really flies, from entering into NYJC and feeling like total crap in March to feeling that I made a rather good choice in August. Made alot more friends and have loads of good memories. What Sean Lim said the other day was right: "Don't keep thinking of our previous JC, be thankful that you have memories there to keep." I really agree.
Next week will be teachers' day celebrations. Most of my poly friends have forgotten about teachers' day, but I reminded them. Would be going back next week to visit my Sec School Teacher, and if I could, maybe I would ask my primary school friends to visit the primary school teachers as well. Hope that I will be able to go out out with them then as well. Mahjong and bball!!!!! :P
At least Yong Kang (Justin) comes to NY frequently to mug, so the cat high spirit is still there. He being here for the first 3 months seem to many people like as if he was warming up my place or I was his sub, cause according to them, our characters and way of speech are the same. Mr Mao even says I look like him lah... Like WTH? -_-"
There are some things in Cat High which I miss:

1) Cussing freely
2) Playing bridge in class
3)Talking cock about guy stuff
4) Talking about soccer with guys who know their stuff better
5) Rough housing
6) Listening to lame jokes
7)Um...having one class instead of moving all around the school

Lame jokes above , is Cat High's own brand. I didn't realise it until Mr.Mao, who came from Cat High a few years back, made a damn lame joke in class, and I was the only one laughing. okay...
Coming to JC has opened up my eyes, for example more 'scenery', instead of being surrounded by GUYS in short green shorts, there are actually people dressed in skirts...LOL...(Yong Lian at grad night does not count) and weird questions asked by girls when they are bored. An excerpt of a conversation with my classmate is below:

A(my classmate): How many girlfriends have you had?
J (ME): ( stunned) HUH?
A: *Repeats above question*
J: Um...None
A: Why?
J: Cause I was in a boy's school for ten years?
A: oh....But don't you know other girls from other schools?
J: If my cousins count, yeah. But if they don't, only some people on MSN whom I never saw in my life, other than through their blogs.
A: Why? Just go lah...
J: Um...
A: *out of the blue* What about so and so? Not bad what!
J: I too familiar with her.
A: From being too familiar to becoming more than that...natural what.
J:Um...not my type also.
A: Then what's your type? So and so type is it?
J: No...Also not that type.

A:okay...Skin dark/fair?
J: Medium.
A:Sporty/ Non sporty?
J: Not too sporty but...
A: Not those type that will run and scream away from the ball lah!
J: Yeah.
A: Did you ever have a crush?
J: Yeah...
A: Where?
J: Both IJC and here.
A: Okay...good I will keep a lookout for you...

The conversation ended there because the Physics lecturer started talking, thank god, or else...

Then her best friend asked me the same question today. I said I was shy... Then she said, "You shy? You can so easily insult and make fun of the girls in our class and you dare say you are shy??"
As what I once discussed with my friends, the girls don't get it. If we really dare to talk to a person of the fairer sex, it means we are not interested in them. But for those we like, we tend to stutter and stuff...
